myCollections 1.5-Manage your media collections the easy way

With *myCollections* you can easily manage your apps, videogames, movies,
music, books and other items, all under a single interface. The program lets
you create a complete entry for each item, with loads of information about
it, such as title, author, summary, language and personal comments. It's
the perfect way to properly *organize* your growing collection of videogames,
DVDs, books and more. The good thing about myCollections is that you can
*extract* this information from the Web, meaning you won't have to type in
all the data manually. On the downside, it seems that myCollections is not
very accurate when retrieving online information: it hardly ever fills in all
the fields and, unless you untick the French search engines from the Web
update configuration options, you'll only get results in French. On the other
hand, myCollections proves to be very useful for managing large databases, as
it lets you tag your items with different criteria (in the wishlist, seen or
not seen, completed, etc.) and then search your collection according to them.
myCollections also includes a *loan tracker* and a tool to generate charts
with your favorite movie genres and music styles. *myCollections is a handy
media manager with which you can organize your collection of books, movies,
games and more. It's still a bit rough around the edges though.*Download
