quickly and easily. Image Tuner is a small program, and its simple interface
is very clear. Photos or folders can be dragged into the left pane, and
previewed by selecting them. Once you have all the photos you want, on the
right are the output options. There are a number of resizing profiles, like
Facebook or iPhone or you can set your own size. You can convert to JPG, PNG,
BMP, GIF or TIF and all of these formats have their own settings, so you can
choose the quality you require. Once you're ready, clicking the magic want
icon starts the job. It's relatively fast and the quality of conversions
seems good. Image Tuner is a simple little application, and it does its job
well. There isn't anything wrong with it. It should be pointed out that it's
primarily for shrinking pictures, and doesn't have any algorithms for
