Timelines are an eye-catching way of illustrating the passage of time or a
period of history. *Timeline 3D* is an excellent application that makes it
easy to create your own timelines for any subject, whether it's family
photos, a moment in history, or even to remind you of a series of meetings
and work related events. Timeline 3D makes the process very easy by enabling
you to create interactive timelines that you can view on your Mac and even
mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad, and Android phones. To navigate
timelines, use the arrow keys or your Apple Remote. You can add a wide range
of multimedia including photos, videos and audio soundtracks and you can even
integrate them with Apple Keynote presentations to really impress in
meetings. The results you can produce with Timeline 3D are very impressive.
Like Keynote, it can turn the most mundane of presentations or timelines into
something truly cinematic. However, it is rather inflexible on the type of
calendar it uses - Timeline 3D only supports the Gregorian calendar and
doesn't provide easy templates for timelines of say a couple of years, or
days. Finally, exporting your timelines to QuickTime for use in Keynote is
simple enough but takes a long time to compress. *Timeline 3D can create some
stunning 3D timelines but needs some polishing to make it truly excellent
